Just a reminder that during business hours (7am-5pm), please don’t park in front of the business to the right of the gym. They will be putting up real signs (not just sheets of paper in their windows). We really wouldn’t want to see anyone’s vehicle being towed. There are lots of spaces out back and road parking on the gym side of Baig are all available. Let any coach know if you have any questions.

    Rounds1-3 were ring rows at 4 feet out. Last 2 at 3 feet out. These were the hardest… Well. Those lunges weren’t easy either!

      Forgot to remove ‘horizontal’ from the ring rows … normal ring rows for me, tried moving my feet placement out as far as I could to do 6 unbroken.
