    Was just over 5 min for the WOD… but did my first real hang power clean today using proper technique. Thanks Kevin… minor tweak that made a huge differecne in hte feel of hte movement.

    First workout in 2 weeks (last week’s Open fiasco doesn’t really count) felt great! I MISSED CFM SO MUCH AND I AM NEVER EVER LEAVING FOR THAT LONG AGAIN. There, I got that out of my system.

        About 2/3 in I really wasn’t sure I wanted to finish. It was awful. My biggest weakness continues to be the mental game. And not practicing thrusters apparently doesn’t help you get better at them… Who knew?

        But like you said I finished it… or it me.
        Always something to work on.
