    Did first 3 rounds with DU’s, I was struggling, tripped up quite a bit…switched to singles the last 2 rounds 🙁 . It was a good workout!!

    This WOD was really fun, my doubles were perfect today which made me smile after every round. I broke up the T2B to singles right away which saved my butt in this one.

    GOOD JOB EARLY BIRDS I AM EXCITED TO LEARN HOW TO BE A BETTER 6 AM ATHLETE!!

    OHS to 110#.. I only did 1 set. I need a rest day.. It felt heavy and my wrists were hurting

    Wod rx’d: 13:31. Last time was 12:56.. I made the mistake of trying my new rope for this wod and couldn’t string 20 doubles together. Finally in the 2nd round I went up to get my old rope and did the next 4 rounds unbroken.. Would probably have been a nice pr, my t2b went pretty well.
    Sorry for my swearing 🙁

    Disappointed I’ve been sick for the past 5 days couldn’t find the strength to lifts 125# Clean… Wish I would have had the chance to try with energy.

      Ya, 30 seconds off old time. WTF?!

      There are only a few changes I’ve made that can explain it. Started Zoning/Paleo more strictly. Started taking a different supplement (beta alanine). And maybe pacing/strategizing has improved?

      Either way, I love it 🙂

    While I don’t like the word “failure” I am not sure how else to explain my shoulders and arms during the hspu. Cleans were not the difficult part at all for me..

    Round 1, did DU’s. Round 2 I switch to singles after failing at 19 (twice) and then 16. T2B were very slow. Not my night.
