C2B Pullups

15-12-9 reps
Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)
Squat Cleans

Two wods, back to back. Never go to failure. Break up reps before you need to. And smile!!

    So much better than I thought I’d be able to manage with the this cold still hanging on. If it had been any other two movements it probably would have been a disaster. GIANT thanks to Kevin for judging/coaching. You knew exactly which buttons to push and when to push them.

    And sorry for the uncovered coughing and nasty body fluids – my mom taught me better than that, but then again, she was never a crossfitter

    Thrusters to 90# and that was pushing it for how I felt today

    WOD @ 75# & ring rows: 17:14

    OUCH! 75# squat cleans felt like 150# today…thanks Cam and Jeff for the encouragement while you watched me suffer haha.
