    Shoulder is still giving me trouble so i opted out of jerks and did Cleans only.

    155, 185, 225, 235, 245PR!!!! I felt lightheaded and woozy after though, what the F was that about :/. Can’t say I’ve ever felt that before.

    The single greatest night of weightlifting in my life! LOL Thanks so much to Shane, Kevin and Amanda for the constant drilling on hip extension!

    Amanda, it seems you were the good luck charm tonight. We need to discuss retainer fees. I need you around every time we test 1RM’s πŸ˜€
