    Did singles today because I couldn’t get DUs to work and I didn’t want to do 1 leg whip for ever du. That’s a lot of whips. My calves have been cramping a lot and that happened today to, so I did some single leg skips.
    Thanks for doing the voodoo band on my calves after Kevin. It seems to have helped

    My deadlifts didn’t feel good today so I only did 1.5 sets @ 80% and then put my weights away. I don’t like to mess with bad form on my deadlifts, I need my back.

    Didn’t think I would finish this one… But learning to pace myself is paying off 🙂 next time, less break between rowing and doubles. 🙂
