    Time: 23:11

    PR ~3 minutes. The last time I did this WOD was back in 2011 and I don’t remember my time, just that I was over a couple minutes over 25 which was my goal then. Gotta try this again with pull ups to see if I can improve on it!

    The photos from the Open events look awesome and I wish I was there to do it with ya/cheer you on! keep up the awesome work!

    Went in this afternoon for another shot at 15.2. With a very detailed game plan and pacing strategy, was able to get a 44 rep PR from last year (and Friday).

    Final score – 184 reps

    Last year I was so upset with myself when I didn’t get one rep. My only goal this year was to get a 65# OHS because of it. Now I have many more goals to work on.

    Worked on Cleans after. Was pretty impressed with the ease of putting #175 up. Matter of fact it felt so easy I was confident I could go 10 more pounds. Not quite so impressed when I realized I hadn’t put the previous 20lbs on. Apparently I shouldn’t talk and lift weights. Thanks for all your help today, Mario.
