    Plan was to do DUs and wall balls. Was quickly reminded that the QOD is long and the open is tomorrow. Opted for mobility and motivation for Dom’s box jumps 🙂
    Thanks for smashing my calves Kim and for the creative way to keep my arms by my side in DUs. 🙂

    Vacation WOD at Sunday River
    Worked with limited equipment. Plan was originally to do Annie, but ceilings were too low for skipping, so opted for push-ups and KBS with dumbells.

    Came in to work on my goats. This was one of the toughest wods I’ve ever done. But glad to have done it.
