      Your thighs may not like you tomorrow though…and your butt probably hates you already.

    WOD scaled to 150 squats and 100# HPC, I had 38 HPC completed at the time cap. Boo. I felt like I didn’t rest too much on the squats but in hindsight I probably could have pushed a little harder on them.

    Good wod, I’ve enjoyed the heavy weights in the wods this week 🙂

    Had 8 HPC left to complete, did them after time limit.
    I should have been a lot faster on the 60 air squats, and my grip killed me at the end of the HPC, should have been able to finish this with a few tweaks.
