    10 rep PR, happy with that. Switched to C&Js after 1st round. Fun little class! Thanks Mario!

    That’s a pr of 43 reps from last year. This time I stuck with snatches the whole time where as last year I did all C&J. I got really, REALLy frustrated during the DU’s today. They just weren’t working. Overall I was pissed at the end of this WOD. I should be happy with the pr and the fact I did snatches. Last year I was afraid of them. I’ll come around 🙂

    I’m shocked and dismayed to find not practicing these in the past year has not led to improvement. I hope the same isn’t the case for toes to bar and wall balls.

    Stuck with C&J for strength – even at 15# the snatches were painful.

    Note to the later classes: I had to do snatches today instead of C&J because of my elbow… and I didn’t get a PR from last year. C&J, or a combination of them with snatches, will earn you more reps.
