    First time doing step ups in a workout – I liked it. It helped me pick up the bar faster after the box.

    2013 was the first games I participated in and 13.2 was the first WOD I ever completed in the “games atmosphere”. It was nerve wrecking but EXHILARATING! If you think you push yourself to the max every workout now, you need to sign up for the Games to see what you really are capable of! I scored 7 rounds and 2 box jumps that day which after redoing it today I can’t believe that was possible ha.

    15 Box Jumps. 20″ box. All jumps, no step ups

    5 Rounds + 5 Push Jerks = 155 Reps

    My 13.2 score was substantially better (220, I think). Today I used 10# less but jumped the box instead of stepping it, which gassed me. That’s my “excuse” anyway.

    A small 6 a.m. this morning. Glad that Vincent was there to WOD with me.
