    Have you ever had one of those days where nothing goes right? Yeah, that was me today. Not a DU to be found. Anywhere. My record is 7 in a row. Today, I did 3 in a row.

    One time.
    In an hour.

    It was very frustrating and I wanted to cry. But I kept trying and someday I’ll be really great at DU’s and will look back on this day and be thankful that I didn’t give up

    I always love a good partner workout but this was fun to do solo too! Another fun saturday and now I’m sadly out of the gym until Friday… but my muscles are a little happy about it. When I get back it’s time for a big pre-open push to work on all the things!! 🙂

    Lab: Worked on Handstand holds (last week I couldn’t get in a handstand because I hadn’t practiced in a looong time. Today, got 2 for about 20s)
    -OHS x3 (not sure how they would go with a sore shoulder)
