    Glad I decided to do pushup from my knees, 150 reps is alot. Plus I was already sagging my pushups after the first 10 reps (did the first 10 from the toes) 🙂

    Did push-ups from my toes until mid 30’s round. I was going one at a time and not very good form so switched to my knees. Push ups kill me!!
    Arms were screaming to stop. Maybe because it’s my 7th day at the gym in a row. Don’t think I’ve done that before

    Last time I did this was in 2011, time was 24:05. Almost 6 minutes faster over 3 years. And better form with my pushups, I sagged the shit out of them last time. I’m happy with that progress.

  12. Handstand practice

    I can do a handstand fairly ok, so Steph showed me how to put an abmat on top of a 25# plate and do a handstand over that. I was quite nervous 😛

    1st attempt: managed to touch my head to the mat but couldn’t push myself back up.
    2nd attempt: barely touched my head to the mat and then pushed myself back up. It didn’t feel very far and I was so surprised I don’t know if my arms were fully locked out when I pushed up. I don’t think I’ll count that. It didn’t feel like a real rep.

    BUT, the wonderful thing is that if I keep practicing, I will absolutely be able to do it! And that is super exciting because when I first started CrossFit, a HSPU is one of the very first things I saw someone do and thought “I want that!”

    Tough wod. Broke push ups 8-7-5-5-5… after the 20’s which seemed to help. Tried to focus on not snaking the last in each round which was pretty tough as the wod went on

      Thanks guys! I really liked this Wod! I was also very surprised at how well I held out cardio wise, the doubles usually gas me bad but I was able to keep going no problem. Maybe there is something to this paleo zone thing…
