Hang Clean – 2RM

AMRAP in 14 minutes
7 Deadlifts
7 Hang Squat Cleans
7 Push Jerks

Weight is 60% of your clean or jerk (the lesser of the two)

Every round must be unbroken. If the bar rests on the ground, you must start that round over.

    Lab, work on strict mu’s and see kipping. Worked on a few strict hspu,shoulder feeling good but need more work to strengthen it.
    Farmers Carry 2 lengths with 90/ 2 lengths with 180.

    Strength 2 rm hang cleans
    135/185/205/225 landed on my butt on second rep 245 landed wrong on second rep, saved it but didn’t stand it back up…

    7 push jerk
    First round @ 60% 155 failed jerks on second round.
    Dropped to 135 got 2 more full rounds, failed a bunch when I got to the jerks ( 3 rounds failed at jerks.
    Score is 3 rounds and 10 reps in last minute.
    So heavy weight with volume is not great at this point for me… Lol. But I got a good squat clean workout..

    I did many tries at 70 but only got 1 at a time. Definitely need more practice on this.
