    Didnt think I would get a pr with my knee being sore but last time was 275 x 3
    Yay, probably could have got 5 but I paused way to long on the last rep…
    Wod Amrap in 7 minutes
    5 burpees
    10 push press @ 65#
    15 kbs @ 50#
    5 rounds and 9 kbs. Last time was 5 + 5 burpees. 19 rep pr and didn’t feel horrible after.. Woohoo can’t wait for the next nine weeks!
    Ron’s basketball warmup (fun)
    Rowed 5 x 500m one min between rows and kept a 1:50- 1:55 pace.

    40 wallballs (Sherry and I split it up by 10s – I worked with a 10lber @ 10.5 ft)
    30 Box Jumps (we split mostly by 5s – used a 20inch box)
    20 T2B (split by 5s)

    Time = 19:??? (close to the 20 min mark I think)

    Great work today Sherry – way to stick with it and keep moving!!! πŸ™‚
