Last night was the last Yoga session of 2014. We will continue with Yoga in 2015 and hope to see many new faces. It’s not just for ladies. We had five guys last night, andΒ you could see an improvement in their mobility right away. Just ask Darrell.

    I think I should have started with my left arm, my weakest link. Really wanted 5 rounds. Dropped the F bomb, then looked at Alaina and apologized haha! Tough WOD thanks Mario! Great job today everyone.

    So decided to try my first WOD with DUs. Wiped the shit outta my legs in to process, only got max 2 at a time, and swore the most I think I have in a WOD. Overall today was a win! Haha
    Glad I stuck with them even though it was frustrating as all hell.
    Thank you Kevin & Mario for giving me the ‘are you stupid’ face and then saying no when I asked to do the benchmark then this WOD. Haha you were right

    When I finished this wod I couldn’t help but feel like I left some in the tank…I think I could have pushed a bit harder or gone up in the weight…I paced more like a chipper I think. Even so I was a sweaty mess at the end so maybe it’s because it was less painful than yesterday haha
