    Squats felt slow this morning. They were steady but could have been faster
    Last time I used green and purple bands with a time of 6:27.

    1. Just looked back to my January post for this WOD. I was happy to DL my body weight for the first time at 160#. I’m smiling now because my DL is now 190# and my body weight is 144# as of this morning.

    All unbroken. No PR as I was 9 seconds faster on May 1st 2013.
    Still very happy as I was aiming sub 4:30.
    Note to futrue Gabe: Rowing go a bit faster and learn butterfly pullups.

    Last time I did this was 2 years ago – Dec 6, 2012 – and was at 8:07 with black band. I feel good about my score even if I did ring rows – I made sure to make them harder than usual! Good one!

    PR of 3:59!!! – compared to Dec 6/12, my first WOD at CFM!
    Miscalculated at the gym, wrote it wrong on the PR board, I will correct it next time I go…I was so excited, my math was off by 2 sec!)

    Also, 1:58sec/500m row…PR 5 sec!
    Double PR day! Wooo!

    I did this wod for the first time on Nov 8, 2014 with Matt for his drop in class and my time was 6:17

    Also, my 500m row in the wod was 1:51 which is a PR of 6.9 seconds from Aug 21,2014 when I did 1:57.9…I’m not sure what my row from the last baseline was but it was a lot slower than today too.

    Great job to everyone for all the PR’s I’ve been seeing!!

    All went well, except the pull ups. Never my strong suite, but I expected to string a “few” together. Reality….1 at a time and multiple failed attempts. Grrr! (that’s not exactly the language I used while doing them)

    Ryan had written down my time the first time I did this before joining and it was 5:33 but I had done ring rows instead of pull ups. I lost a lot of time on the pull ups this time but I’m trying to get better at them.

    Time = 5:41 (last time was May 1, 2013 and time was 6:31 with purple bands for pullups)

    Before this was my free drop in about 3 years ago and I am pretty sure there was a lot of breaks in the movements, bands for pullups, and I know that I had 3 ring rows left because I had to stop as I thought I was about to passout and puke. So, I am pretty please and happy with my progress. PR on RXing this and shaving off some time.
