        I had to scale some of the movements due to only having one good foot so it made it quicker. Which meant Mario had to work harder 🙂

    So happy with our time, Jen! That was an aggressive workout but very fun and great to partner up with you.

    After the last partner WOD I wrote down that I needed to decrease to alternating 5 reps for certain movements in order to maintain the pace I wanted and today that’s what we did for our last round of burpees over plate, huge difference! 🙂
