      1. No it wasn’t my 1RM . I wasn’t “feeling” it this morning but then in the WOD, I realized it was lighter than I should have gone. I’ll know for next time. Thanks Amanda 🙂

    My 1RM is 95#. That seemed like someone else’s pr today. Had a really hard time getting under the bar. Sounds all too familiar

    In July I did this with 60# in 3:54. Felt discouraged to go down in weight today but I guess everyday is different!
    I’ll be working on my jerk more in labs

      I did the math for you. And sometimes lower weights = better results. Your results are a perfect example of that.

      Last time: Power output was 109 watts or 80 ft-lbs/sec

      Today: Power output was 152 watts or 112 ft-lbs/sec

      That’s a 30% improvement!!

      So take your discouragement and toss it. Great job!!

    Wod at 65% of today. I used 65% of my heaviest most consistent jerk which is 245.

    4:10 I think. Forgot to double check. As I got tired I did the harder work. Did a few push presses..

        haha yes. Today was my EIGHTH (!!) time doing Grace and I’ve been saying for a loooong time that “when I can do it under 5 minutes at 85#, I’ll do it RX on the next one.” Got it today, it’s been a long time coming. Next time I’ll try it RX. 🙂

    Man, rowing is hard to do at 6:30am at home. I wanted to stop the whole time.

      Hahaha I wish I had realized this morning that while I was alone and miserable doing my 3 x 1600 running at 6:30 a.m., you were somewhere in Moncton alone and miserable doing a 2k row because misery loves company

    It’s been over a year since I’ve been able to match the C&J PR I got at the OLY WOD cert and today I matched it and set a new one. Now the clean may have been very ugly and Amanda may have asked me to do another “better looking” one but that wasn’t happening and I’ll take the PR :).
