    Had a realization today mid WOD. Weighted lunges make me wanna puke!

    Definitely a pull-up workout. Hands were started to tear, so pull-ups got slowed down a lot. 10 rounds is possible.

    Might have squeezed out a few more reps, but I got a major butt cramp in the 3rd round of lunges. Note to future Heather: you still, and will always, hate lunges.

    Would have done more, but wasted time trying to do DU’s before giving up and going with singles (and even those were messing me up today). Usually I can do at least 10-15 in a row, but today they weren’t happening.

    Pulled a groin muscle left leg at the start of weighted lunges. Kind of slowed me down for the rest.
    On a positive note DU’s are getting a little better

    (I didn’t total each suit, though I wish I had now. I lucked out big time and only got hearts about 10-15% of the time and no joker, or else my reps would be way lower).
