I love Monday’s because so many people post their results, but if you’re not someone who posts here is my β€œTop 10 List of Reasons Every Crossfitter Should Post WOD Results:

    10. When the zombie apocalypse comes, the zombies will know not to bother you.

    9. When your dog eats your Crossfit journal, you’ll still know what you’ve achieved. (True story, that really happened!!)

    8. In the CFT Open next year, Crossfitters from other boxes will know in advance who to fear.

    7. When you win the CFT Games (see number 8 above) the writers from Sports Illustrated will be able to do some research on you.

    6. Knowing where you started is a huge motivator to keep going today.

    5. Posting lets other Crossfitters give you virtual Hi-5’s.

    4. Your hard work encourages other Crossfitters… “Whan I grow up I want to be just like Anthony” (We hear that ALL the time πŸ™‚ )

    3. When you change your regular class time, posting helps you connect with Crossfitters you haven’t seen for a while.

    2. Posting on the website makes Amanda really, really happy! (No seriously, deliriously happy!)

And the Number 1 reason to post your results on the website…..It’s the easiest thing you’ll ever get to do at Crossfit!!

  12. Wow! Impressive OHS today.
