    75×5 – 105×3 – 125×2 – 140×1 – 150×1 – 160×1 – 165×1

    15# PR @ 165#! And it felt like I still had a fair amount of juice left in me. Definitely have more room to PR again next time around.

    WOD – Tabata Rowing
    Missed this one earlier in the week and wanted to go for it to compare against last time!

    Score: 63 cal – 14 cal PR!
