    So…. Apparently the cleans in the WOD were suppose to be Hang POWER Cleans, not Hang Clean. Kevin just fixed the posting. I apologize to the 6 and 7AM classes. We got the strength portion right.

    I was really looking forward to this one! I remember doing the Hopper in 2011, it was just 3 months after I joined CF. Felt much better this time around.

    1. Right…Well first off they are Cleans and not “Clenns”. And secondly I ended it short due to my left arm so my first sets were kept light…#65. I have discovered though I like this movement.

    – Squats: one-rep break every 10 reps
    – HPC 10-10-10
    – Situps unbroken
    – Thrusters 6-5-10
