If you’re participating in the Hopper tomorrow, what movement do you NOT want to see?

We’ll be at the gym today at 4pm to pack it up. Anyone with hands (and maybe a truck) are very welcome to join us. We’ll be at the Arthur J LeBlanc arena from 5-8pm to set up.

Strength – Press x 2

Intro WOD
AMRAP in 10 min
5 Pushups
10 Situps
15 Squats

    Total 9 rounds and five squats…..so close to 10….next time!

    11R + 5 Squats (3 reps PR)

    Again, not the prettiest looking one arm pushups as only my right chest touched the floor, but to beat my old PR was a pretty good feeling.

    It will be a little while before I can use my left arm but I feel the wrist is on its way to recovery.

    KBS
    Sit ups

    This isn’t what I THINK will happen since having written them down it probably guarantees it won’t πŸ™ – this is what I DREAM will happen.
