This one is no joke. It takes a lot of physical and even more mental strength to finish this one. Scale accordingly.

    Hung over open gym: did basically nothing but mobility. And a lot of not throwing up. That was pretty much it.

    Sweet baby Jesus that was difficult.

    Last year, I did 3 rounds in 39:38, with lower weight and higher band. This might be the most progress I’ve ever gotten in a comparison. 🙂
