    Today = 15 Burpees + 14 WB (89 reps) (13 reps PR) :)!!!

    Total weight lost in 35 days: 20.2lbs, I know is not about losing weight is about being healthy but is nice to finally see some weight coming down after I had Luna 😉

    Overall: Another great challenge, Paleo WORKS!!! For everyone that is doubting about start eating Paleo just do it!! it will be one of your best decisions ever, you deserve to feel good about yourself 🙂

    2000m row before 7:38.2/ today 7:40.8 no pr… Row didn’t feel great
    Burpee wall ball Wod before 108/ today 111. 3 rep pr. Felt better than last time but ran out of energy.

    135/ 155/ 175/ 185/ 205/ 205 dip was good, landing a little unstable. Need to work on shoulder mobility, bar is going out in front a bit.

    Complex snatch grip dl + hang squat snatch + ohs
    95/ 135/ 155/ 175/ 195.. Woohoo 10# pr on my full snatch. Super pumped about this!!! I love oly class!!!!

      oh right, I also did some split jerks.

      65-75-85-95-100-105 (oops, I was supposed to do 105 twice…I always mess up my numbers when I have to do my calculations at the gym instead of before I get there!)

        Well, I hang snatched 95#, although a PR is a PR so I don’t really care how much the lift was. I’m just happy to have increased it 🙂

    7:08:01 today had 7:06:08 the first time no pr

    Burpee wall ball
    107 reps today 112 reps the first time no pr

    Really hard this morning to not pr on either work out but switching to 6am this week from 5:45 has made a big difference in my strength and stamina. I also had a 2 day rest last time and I am on day 4 today so with those factors I do not feel as bad.

    The challenge did not show a big weight drop this time but there are small differences I noticed in muscle definition and stamina. Overall eating clean has no set backs only gains so why not do it.
