*10 min cap
Rest 3 minutes, then:
Box Jumps (24/20″)
*12 min cap
Let’s give an example. P1 does 18 Pushups, then P2 does 18 Pushups. Then P1 does 9 HPC, followed by P2 doing them. Continue in this fashion throughout the entire workout.
If you’re done the first WOD before the time cap, you get extra rest. Everyone will start part 2 at the 13 minute mark. Use the rest time to change your weights.
This will take some communication and motivation from your teammate. Get er done!
