  10. Crossfit South Salem (Oregon) is right beside where I’m working so stopped in today and will do the same tomorrow. I needed that!

    – 1k row 3:32 (did it NFT but somehow got a 3 second PR)

    Skill: Max box jumps… Went up to 40″, failed 44 a bunch but got close

    WOD: 4 rounds…
