300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Only one person works at a time. Main movements can be done in any order. Teams must begin and end with the 1 Mile Runs. Partition reps for Pull-ups, Push-ups, and Squats how you like.

    Broke out the middle part in 10 rounds. 5 pull ups each, 10 push ups each, 15 squats each.
    last few rounds the push up portion was in sets of 20, 5 each.

    Time 34:49!!

    Im soooo happy how this turned out!! First few rounds, Remi kept changing rings as his kept getting stolen lol. Yet we have a good system and super quick transitions! Atta boy Remi! Stoked on how well we did 🙂 *high five*
