Due to weather conditions, CrossFit Moncton will delay it’s opening until 12pm.

    Burpees and thrusters is the obvious guess. I am thinking it will be something we have never seen in the open. Fight Gone Bad? Hehe. That would just be mean.

    60-70-80-90# stopped there.

    Kept it light – my lower back is a bit tight and I couldn’t trust my form to hold up with much weight.

    The Open has really flown by this year! (Says the girl who’s not competing…) I hope 14.5 lives up to all the hype of this year’s Open, but either way I’m super excited to have been a part of the experience.

    Next year, I’m in come hell or high water…I’ve got a year to get my C2B and T2B!

    Brought my skipping rope with me and when Reebs told me what the Wod was today, I was pretty happy to be able to do it!

    Wod Rx’d 9:15 +-a few secs sine I had to start and stop my own timer.

    I felt like I was going to throw up, too hot for this I think ๐Ÿ˜›

    Finished the 20 sit-ups at the 15 min cap. Being on the tail end of a chest cold surely didn’t help and my back was giving me a hard time by the end of the sit-ups.
