    30 Goblet squats
    75 DU’s

    DNF – was 33 DU’s short at the 20 min time cap (sh!t)

    Still coughing…fun Saturday workout!

    75 DU (scaled to 225 singles)

    Finished 2 rounds at 12:30 mins and decided to stop there because my calf / shin / knee was throbbing.

    I didn’t know what the time cap was… I guestimated that I might have been able to get the last round in another 6 or 7 mins, so just under the 20 min time cap.
