Strength – 2RM Curtis P’s

4 consecutive Tabatas. That’s 8 sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each of the following:

Burpees
Box Jumps
Knees to Elbows
Double Unders

Score is total number of reps.

    Last time we did this I got 3 rounds even, but with less weight so I’m ok with the result πŸ™‚
