    DU regression continues… great workout though!
    Been a while since I was at a Saturday workout, I forgot how fun they were!

    wow my body is tired.. I knew it was going to be a rough one as soon as I did my first few cleans. Fun class, I don’t usually go Saturdays. Nice change. 🙂
