    Last day to bring ALL the jeans that you are not wearing anymore. It has to be denim for the contest, however all the pants will be donated to non-profitable organisations in the community so you can bring anything. We take EVERY SIZE and every color!!! I will pick up the box at 8pm today, so clean your closet! THANKS!!

    Max Knee Jump. 2×45 plates + 10#. Then had a major mental block when trying 2×45 + 25.

    originally scaled to 100DU then I saw I had lots of time left to I went RX and did 200. I LOVED this WOD!!! Was uber stressed and frustrated so it felt great.

      Then I played on the rings a little and got 5 BW ring dips!!! Not in a row but with rests in between but still super happy with that! 🙂

    Max height rope jump: 28″ I know I could have done more but my Achilles would not allow it yet! Uughhh….

    Rope Jump – Didn’t measure, but I was out pretty early. Some impressive jumping from the boys tonight…notably Spencer, Nick, Craig, Tom & Jay…..crazy jumps. Jay’s jumps looked effortless.

    I was most worried about the rowing, but the double unders really tough. Lungs are still burning! Really liked this one 🙂

    Mob + Wup x 1 (8 reps – practiced kipping pullups – these were okay, then tried kipping Toes to Bar – these were not so good)

    20inch box with 3 45lbs plates, + one more 45lb plate
    failed x 2 with an additional 25lbs plate, but managed a buttscoot on the 3rd attempt.

    WOD: 20 min time cap
    1000 meter row (time = 4:46)
    20 OH Lunges with 25lbs plate (think I should have tried with 30lbs)
    30 Burpees
    20 OHL
    200 Du (scaled to 600 singles)

    Time = 16:41 (started at 11:00 and ended at 17:41)

    Great class – really like the challenge of the Max Jump Rope – I was really nervous, but felt better after a few jumps.

    That was interesting and frustrating. I definitely need to put more focus on my DUs… Especially when I’m tired.

    – Rope Jump: 3 45# plates… I’m sure my feet can get higher, but avoiding hitting the rope was problematic…
    – Knee Jump: Fail… I could get up on to my feet, but not on to a plate

    – 20 OH walking lunge 25# (could have managed 45# in retrospect)
