    Sled pulls: 90-135-180#

    20 mins AMRAP
    5 burpees
    10 push ups
    15 squats

    12 rounds + 1 burpee

    12 rounds plus 5 burpees!

    Did it with the vest and deficit push-ups.

    10+8 squats

    Those push-ups were brutal with the vest on.

    I was real impressed with everyone’s form this morning.

    Especially Spencer….7 minutes left on the clock and his pushups were all still picture perfect. Good job Spence.

    45, then I went up in weight for two more pulls, but not by how much each time

    WOD: Bindy
    AMRAP in 20 min of
    5 burpees
    10 pushups (strict)
    15 squats

    Total = 11 + 13 squats

    Tried to work on form, pacing, and breathing
    I must remeber to keep moving no matter what.

    Kudos to Julie S for doing her 50 burpees before starting the WOD today – you are so crazy girl 🙂
