Strength – 1RM Back Squats

Max reps for 2 minutes at each station (clock doesnโ€™t stop)

Handstand Pushups
Back Squat (1/2 BW)
Kettlebell Swings (70/53#)
Toes to Bar

Record reps for each station.

    For once the T2B troubles were not due to my grin but not having enough explosive power this AM. On my 3rd rep in row I could never quite get my toes to the bar…
