AMRAP Burpees in 3 minutes, then 3 minutes of rowing.

Score is your total reps + calories on the rower.

There is no rest between movements.

    I’m a little disappointed. Last time it was 27 & 32, I thought I would be able to do much more since last Dec.

    Good day! worked on stinging kipping pull-ups together, did some butterfly pull up progressions, got a PR on my toes to bar (it finally clicked! got 4 in a row) worked on handstands, walking handstands, HSPUs and some muscle up progressions! Good day!
