    ooh, I love the QOD. I have NO regrets. I have made some mistakes that I’m pretty embarassed of but I don’t regret them because they made me smarter, and therefore a better person. And every decision I make in my life I ask myself “will I regret this if I do it, or will I regret it if I don’t?” Usually makes for a pretty quick decision. I make a big effort to not be at the end of my life (or at the end of someone else’s) with regrets. I say everything that needs to be said, and I do everything I want to do. LIfe is too short not to!

    QOD : I do not have any big regrets that are still eating at me. I have small “should of done this not that” but minor things they may bother me for a day or a week at most.
    There are a lot of things I want to do and I plan to do them. When is the question.

    QOD: This is a GOOD question. This year for me I decided I did not want to look back with regrets, I decided I’m young and healthy and now is the time to do these things. I’m trying to live by this as much as possible going forward.

    QOD: Biggest regret is my inability to keep contact with friends I’ve made over the years. As much as I would like this to change, 9/10 my memory will allow me miss out on opportunities to do so.

    WOD #1 with 14# med ball: 92 reps. I was not adequately warmed up when I started this so it kicked me right in the ass. Well it probably would have kicked me in the ass anyway. I was certainly warm when it was done.

    Turkish getups: 25-30-35

    I was happy to work on KB snatches and wall balls! It was a good way to end a tough week.
