      Round 3 felt like there was no rest being partnered with Lance. I’m pretty sure he was going at a 20 second pace per round at the end.

    Push press were tough for me! Couldn’t wait for the burpees. I don’t have the total reps, I could not do the math lol. Really tough but fun workout!

    WOD:
    AMRAP in 5 min of
    Power clean
    Front squat
    Push press
    Burpees
    3 rounds (1st = 9, 2nd = 5, 3rd = 3 of each)

    Partner A does first rep in round and then switch. When 5 mins is up, both rest for 1 min and then do it all over.
    Partnered with Tianna (awesome partner – my weight was 40lbs, Tianna’s was higher – 60lbs I think)
    Round 1 = 135
    Round 2 = 141
    Round 3 = 127

    Total = 403
