Where does motivation come from?

“Death by what?!”

On the minute, every minute, complete the following…

1 Deadlift (275/185# or 75%) + 1 Burpee
1 Deadlift + 2 burpees
1 Deadlift + 3 burpees

Continue adding 1 burpee each round until you can not longer complete the work in the one minute round.

    My total = 12 + 13 burpees

    Last time I did this was April 19th. I was able to complete 14 rounds plus 12 burpees. Not sure what the weight was, but my strength was a deadlift up to 5 x 65lbs.
