    Practiced Snatch (I think it is finally clicking, my extension felt good and I felt locked overhead upon landing).

    Was like a kid this morning. I have been looking forward to today all week. I have done so many birthday burpees lately that I was not going to miss the opportunity to make others do mine. : ) Heather and Gerry we should plan to show up for the same time slot next year : )
