    Wup x 1 plus 2 min of skipping. Tried for some DUs, but still needs a lot of work
    Group Activity – fun 🙂

    WOD: 2 rounds of

    400m run
    50 DU (skipped 150 singles)
    40 Good mornings
    30 Goblet Squats (used 20lbs, should move to a 25lb next time)
    20 Jumping Lunges (tried this on the first round and technique was poor, did second round with singles)

    Time = 16:04

    No success with DUs yet!
    Group Activity – Roxanne squat jumps and 400m backwards running (very difficult)!
    WOD: 2 rounds of:
    400m run
    50 DU (I did 150 singles)
    40 Good mornings (with stick)
    30 Goblet Squats–20#
    20 Jumping Lunges (I did regular lunges)
    Time = 20:18

    This WOD was a real challenge for me. I really appreciated the support from everyone this morning!
