Team WOD

In teams of three, complete each three minute station. There will be a one minute rest between exercises. All team members will be working at the same time and will add their reps at the end to get a team total. Also, each team will start at a different station (randomly drawn).

Station 1: Push Press (45#)
Station 2: Pullups
Station 3: Thrusters (45#)
Station 4: Double Unders
Station 5: Burpees
Station 6: Box Jumps

    Home WOD today…..missed a good one Wed. so thought I would do it at home:
    Mobility WU X 1
    WOD: 1mile run, 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pullups, 1 mile run
    Decided to make this one 5 rounds of 60 squats, 40 pushups, 20 pullups (more like rows )
    Time : 42:20 Crazy hard WOD!!

    I loved loved loved the mobility and group warm up this morning. The Sally Up Sally Down song just about did me in, but I was warmed up for the WOD. Great job Kevin!

    Did this WOD 3 years ago and I was using bands for pull-ups and a lower box. My total was 351. Today my total was 492. PR: 141 This program works!!!!

    Group Wup – always fun do to as a class. I agree with Corinna and really the like Sally song.

    WOD: 3 min stations
    Burpees – 38
    Box Jumps – 50 (20 inch)
    Pullups – 37 (with the blue band)
    Push Press – 35 (used 45lbs, but quickly realized I should have been using 35lbs, but still stuck with the 45lbs)
    Thrusters – 50 (35 lbs)
    Double Unders – 34 (need to work on this)

    Total = 234

    With Corinna and Sab = 1088.
