The plans for this year’s Hopper are coming together. Click the links below to find out more information on each topic. Also, we’ll be moving everything from the gym to the Beaver Club on Friday at 12:30pm. If you can lend a hand, we would be very grateful for your help.

    Last time I did this WOD was at the end of the Paleo Challenge and my time was 7:27 with a 15lb kettle bell! I like the progress!

    Really happy with my cleans. Did them as power cleans since injury is still aggravated by squat cleans but need to start working on them as squats as my injury heals.

    1:06 sec slower then Feb’s paleo benchmark. Wow that’s a step in the wrong direction. I smell a 5k run tonight to reward this progress.

    The nooners crushed it today! Some big pr’s, and everyone was under 6min.

    I told them they could have water breaks, but if they did, I would kick their bottles over when they weren’t looking. The floor was dry for the whole workout.

    The last time i did this wod was for the paleo challenge. I dont’ have my journal but i remember my 1st i was sick and only did 20lbs and my time was around 9mins i think was really long. I can’t remember my exact time the 2nd time i did it but i know my weight was only 25lbs and it was @ least 7 or 8 mins . I’m gonna go with Super pr for this one today!
