30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Some workouts are sweatier than others. And some people naturally sweat more than others. If you leave your bodily fluids behind, whether it’s blood, sweat or tears, please be considerate and wipe it up. I’m sure you wouldn’t like doing burpees with your face in someone else’s sweat puddle. Thanks!

    1st Round – 5:32
    2nd Round – 7:28
    3rd Round – 6:59

    Total: 19:59 (not counting the two 3 minute breaks)

    First time attempting this one. I think next time I can finish it. I was being a bit of a baby about my hands lol. Nice work today everyone. Fun class thanks coach Patrick!

    30 push ups (first 2 rounds on toes, third on knees)
