    I am in great shape after this Wod. I feel too weak to text! I was in heat 3. Mel, Sarah and I wanted to throw up before we even started. Great job Sarah using the 45lb bar. Mel used the blue band for pull ups after the Thrusters. Heat 3 kicked butt after all lol.

      If I had used a blue band I would still be at the gym dangling off the pull up bar. The only reason I got to come home was I used the green band. Don’t be hard on yourself. Great work.

    After this WOD I felt like I had Popeye’s forearms…OMG, and 2 hours later, I still have a “Fran Cough”…

    I feel like I could have had a better time. Took too many (long) breaks on thrusters AND pullups. Oh well, at least I know where I can improve next time 😉
