    I want to take a few seconds to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your overwhelming support.I knew when I joined CrossFit Moncton I would meet awesome people but never did I expect to find such a tremendous group of people. I am proud and honoured to be part of this family and am truly appreciative of all the encouragements you have provided me!

    This is the home stretch. Gotta keep going !!! We leave for Finland on June 21st, just a few more sleeps!

    It was a little faster today, but I had more fun crashing yesterday’s 5:45 wet run.
    Just left Vipers game. CFM gals were doing awesome.
