    Lung burner was an understatement! Very tough WOD but extremely satisfying, everyone did a great job :D. I was extremely tired today but this woke me right up.

    Volume – EMOTM 5min Pull-ups, Strict = 24 (5-5-5-5-4)

    WOD: Tabata Squats (week 2 of 16) = 137 PR (17-17-17-17-17-17-17-18)

    Really had to fight after round 4 to keep hitting 17 reps. Legs were stiff moving today. Managed an extra rep last round.

      1. Actually its my 3rd time in two weeks… the first one didn’t count.

        Pat Sherwood posted something on Twitter about doing Tabata Squats once a week for 4 months, so I decided to try. Coincidentally, the Battle of the North is at the end of the 16th week.

    My motto for today was slow and steady finishes the race…I was happy I wasn’t walking the run and I ran it and finished it. 6months ago I don’t think I could of! Thanks for the cheering which made me push it to the end.

    Happy with this time. I am glad to be attempting running. I am actually getting a kick out of it. I am disbelief I am doing it.
    Thanks Kevin for tweaking my take off part of the row. Geez it felt so much better once I made the adjustment. I was getting a sore back rowing….lightbulb….now I know why. Thanks.

    Disappointed with my time on this. Happy with my row & I felt like I pushed hard on the run, but it still took 5+ minutes. Next time, I guess.

    Gotta love the taste of lung blood in the morning….& I still have the cough.
