Death by Pullups

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Compare to Oct.30/09

During yesterday’s workout, there was a lot of carelessness when taking off plates. If you’re not careful, you and/or others could get very hurt. Please take a moment to watch the video below.

    Much more tiring than I expected!
