    Another awesome Saturday WOD at CFM 🙂

    WU x 2 (10 squats, 10 good mornings and 10 burpees)
    Group Mobility (foam rolling and lacrosse balling the quads….oh yeah….)

    WOD Rx’d
    Back squats 55#
    Front squats 55#
    6 burpees IF bar touches the floor

    Time = 7 min + 11 seconds of pure bliss…AND no burpees!

    I’m going to feel this tomorrow….

    Too light for me, still trying to work my way up to my original weight since huritng my back… all part of the learning process.
